All charges and fees are in euros.
Our rate is € 0,14 fourteen cents) per word for translations. Plus a VAT (BTW) of 19% on the total charge.

Surcharges for special circumstances
- For urgent work or overtime (work done at night or at the weekend) we charge an extra 50% of the word rate (= 25,5 cent).
- For quotes smaller than € 325,00, a € 15,00 handling fee will be charged, except for quotes at the minimum* fee.
Other rates
*Minimum fee: € 45,00.
Proofreading: € 60,00 per hour.
Copyediting: € 90,00 per hour.
